Welcome to ChillTravelOS. By purchasing or using our digital product vault, templates, and travel PDF guides (collectively referred to as "ChillTravelOSā¢"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. License and Digital Product Use
When you purchase ChillTravelOSā¢, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the templates and guides for your personal travel planning purposes only.
Strict Prohibitions: You may not copy, share, redistribute, republish, resell, or license ChillTravelOSā¢ files, templates, or written material to any third party. The materials inside are copyright-protected.
2. Payment & Pricing
All pricing is listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. A one-time payment of $47 grants you lifetime access to the product vault including future updates. You are responsible for any local taxes or transaction fees applied by your bank.
3. Intellectual Property
All templates, custom dashboards, PDF documents, guides, copywriting, and design assets are the exclusive intellectual property of ChillTravelOS and @kingdemic. Any unauthorized use or brand imitation represents a breach of these Terms and copyright law.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
ChillTravelOSā¢ provides travel budgeting templates and planning strategies. We do not guarantee specific savings or flight prices, as airline and lodging fees fluctuate dynamically depending on season, availability, and external factors. The Trip Cost Calculator estimates are for illustration only.
Under no circumstances shall ChillTravelOS, its creators, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your trips, bookings, flight delays, hotel cancellations, or use of recommended software.
5. Govering Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
