Because ChillTravelOS⢠is a digital product delivered instantly via internet download and duplication link, we generally enforce a strict no-refund policy once the purchase is complete and assets are delivered. Unlike physical items, digital files cannot be returned or restored once downloaded.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We care deeply about your satisfaction and travel success. If you are unhappy with the quality of the guides, template functionality, or resources, please contact us at support@kingdemic.com. Let us know what didn't meet your expectations, and we will do our best to troubleshoot, update the files, or provide personal guidance to ensure you save money on your trips.
2. Technical Errors & Access Issues
If you encounter any of the following issues, we will gladly support you to resolve the problem immediately:
- Failure to receive the email with the download link.
- Broken links or difficulty duplicating the Notion template.
- Corrupted ZIP file or problems opening the PDF guides.
If we are unable to resolve your technical access issues within 3 business days of your contact, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.
3. Abuse of Policy
We monitor refund requests and download logs to prevent fraud and product piracy. Refund requests from users who have downloaded multiple files immediately prior to request may be denied.
